  • We can help edit job descriptions, offer letters, career page, LinkedIn page, social media and job posting accounts to attract and retain candidates that are in alignment with a diverse and inclusive employer brand.

  • We can source, assess, and build robust diverse slate of candidate pools to share with the hiring manager. We can also manage all incoming resumes, filter out the top candidates and make recommendations to hiring managers.

  • We can support the initial phases of picking out the right recruiting tools and software to build out your candidate database. We can also manage your current ATS and HR recruiting database to track applications, filter, and source top candidates, and work with analytics to track efforts and programs.
